The business plan for the construction or reconstruction and subsequent lease of an apartment building
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výstavby nových bytových domů, rekonstrukcí již postavených domů a financováním těchto projektů. Analyzuje situaci na trhu bydlení v České republice a její další budoucí vývoj. Závěrem této práce jsou navržena doporučení pro všechny subjekty podnikající v této oblasti, ale i pro subjekty, které o zahájení podnikání v této oblasti uvažují.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the construction of new apartment buildings, renovated buildings already constructed and the financing of these projects. It analyzes the situation in the housing market in the Czech Republic, its further future development.
