Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Specifika zaměstnávání ve veřejné správě. Úvod práce věnuji obecným rozdílům mezi zaměstnáváním ve veřejné a soukromé správě. Navazuji vymezením odlišností u jednotlivých skupin zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě. This thesis focuses on the topic Some Specifics of employment in the public administration. The beginning of the thesis is devoted to the general differences between public and private administration.
