Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá Alzheimerovou chorobou, což je nejčastější neurodegenerativní porucha. Cílem bylo shrnout dosavadní poznatky o Alzheimerově chorobě z genetického hlediska. Dále byly popsány rizikové faktory, diagnostika a léčba nemoci. V závěru práce je porovnání výsledků testu MMSE s celorepublikovým průzkumem.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with Alzheimer's disease, which is the most common neurodegenerative disorder. The aim was to summarize the current knowledge about Alzheimer's disease from a genetic point of view. Furthermore, risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of the disease were described. At the end of the work is a comparison of MMSE test results with a nationwide survey.
