Relation between values and life style - spending a free time by young people

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o hodnotách, životním stylu a trávení volného času mládeže. V teoretické části jsem obecně pojednala o hodnotách z pohledů různých autorů, o hodnotové orientaci ? jak se utváří a co ji ovlivňuje a o vztahu hodnotového systému společnosti a jedince z hlediska hodnotového vývoje. V další části práce jsem se zaměřila na životní styl, jak souvisí s hodnotovým systémem společnosti a změnami ve společnosti, zdravý životní styl, a faktory ovlivňující životní styl. Rovněž jsem pojednala o volném čase ? co je volný čas, kým a čím je ovlivněn způsob trávení volného času a popsala jsem vliv volného času na kvalitu života a způsoby využití volného času mládeže. V praktické části jsem formou dotazníkového šetření zkoumala u respondentů jejich hodnotovou orientaci a způsoby trávení volného času. Cílem tohoto průzkumu bylo zjistit jak tráví volný čas současná mládež a jak trávili volný čas respondenti starší věkové skupiny. V současné přetechnizované společnosti a s ohledem na společenské změny posledních desetiletí je jistě trávení volného času odlišné od trávení volného času našich rodičů a prarodičů v dobách svého mládí. Prozkoumaná data jsem vyhodnotila v tabulkách a grafech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the values, lifestyle and leisure-time of young people. The theoretical part of this work is generally focused on the views of various authors on the value orientation ? how is created and how is affected and the relationship of the value system of the society and the individual in terms of development of value orientation. In another part of the work I'm focused on lifestyle and how it is related to the value system of the society and changes in society, healthy lifestyles, and factors affecting lifestyles. I was also focused on the free time ? what's free time, who and what is influenced by the way of leisure and free time and I described also the impact on quality of life and ways of use of the free time of young people. In the practical part of this thesis I investigate value orientation of the respondents and ways they spending their free time. The aim of this survey was to find what young people are doing during their free time in a present days and how will spend free time the respondents from an older age group. In the current ?ultramodern? society and with regard to the social changes of recent decades, exploitation of leisure-time is different than exploitation of the leisure of our parents and grandparents in the days of their youth. Researched datas are evaluated in tables and charts.
