Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá tématem taneční a pohybové improvizace v hodinách estetické výchovy. Improvizace rozvíjí tvůrčí myšlení, komunikaci, pomáhá utvářet osobnost s kladným vztahem k umělecké činnosti a pozitivně působí i na fyzickou stránku jedince, proto ji lze s úspěchem použít v hodinách estetické výchovy během taneční a pohybové výchovy. Improvisation develops creative thinking, communication, helps to create a personality with a positive relationship to artistic activity.
