Abstract:

Moderní formy komunikace v praxi [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2017. Celkový počet stran 68. Předmětem bakalářské práce je rozbor moderních forem komunikace v praxi společnosti Ambiente. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří částí. V první teoretické části je provedena rešerše jednotlivých pojmů týkajících se oblasti služeb a stravovacích služeb, komunikace, marketingu a moderních forem komunikace. Druhá analytická část práce se zabývá využíváním moderních forem komunikace společností Ambiente. Tato část práce vznikla na základě pozorování a dotazování marketérů Ambiente a zkoumá jednotlivé nástroje moderních forem komunikace této firmy. V rámci zkoumání je provedena marketingová SWOT analýza, na jejímţ základě je následně zpracována návrhová část práce. Cílem návrhové části práce je sestavit možné varianty zlepšení a vyuţití potenciálních příleţitostí v oblasti marketingu na základě vypracované SWOT analýzy.

Modern Forms of Communication in Practical Use [Bachelor‘s Dissertation] The Institute of Hopitality Management. Praha: 2017. Total page count 68. The subject of this bachelor‘s dissertation is the analysis of modern forms of communication in the pratical use of Ambiente company. The dissertation consists of three parts. In the first theoretical part, individual concepts related to services and food services, communication, marketing and modern forms of communication are researched. The second analytical part deals with the use of modern forms of communication by Ambiente. This part of the disseration is based on observation and questioning of Ambiente’s marketers and examines the various tools of modern forms of communication of this company. In the framework of the research, a SWOT analysis was conducted on the basis of which the proposal part of the work was subsequently elaborated. The aim of the proposal part of the thesis is to compile possible options for improvement and utilization of potential marketing opportunities based on the SWOT analysis.
