Pupils' view of the tools of motivation within the teaching of subjects

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je zpracováno téma Pohled žáků na způsoby motivace v rámci výuky odborných předmětů. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování současných moti-vačních metod s vazbou na praktické uplatnění.V teoretické části budou popsány definice v oblasti motivace, vysvětlení odborných pojmů, které se pevně pojí s problematikou motivace, v souvislosti s výukou odborných předmětů na střední odborné škole. Pro zpracování teoretické části práce budou použity metody analýzy, srovnávání a syntézy.Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je zjistit, jestli se žáci cítí být motivováni svými učiteli ke studiu odborných předmětů v rámci svého oboru, který si na dané střední škole vybrali pro své budoucí povolání. Data byla získána prostřednictvím průzkumného šetření, které bylo vedeno na vybrané střední odborné škole. Použi-tou metodou bylo dotazování prostřednictvím průzkumného nástroje, kterým byl dotazník. Ten byl předložen žákům 2. a 3. ročníku na vybrané střední odborné ško-le. Zjištěné výsledky byly vyhodnoceny prostřednictvím popisné statistiky, formu-lovány závěry a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is a topic Pupils´ view of ways of motivation within the teach-ing of professional subjects. The main aim of the thesis is to chart current motiva-tional methods with a link to practical application.In the theoretical part we will describe definitions in the area of motivation, expla-nations of professional concepts, which are firmly connected with issues of motivation, in connection with teaching of professional subjects in secondary vocational school. Methods of analysis, comparison and synthesis will be used to process the theoretical part of the work.The aim of the practical part of The Bachelor thesis is to find out if the pupils feel motivated by their teachers to study professional subjects within their field, which they chose for their future profession at the high school. The Data was obtained through a survey survey, which was conducted at a selected secondary vocational school. The method used was to inquire through a survey tool that was a question-naire. This was submitted to pupils 2. and 3. Year at the selected middle school. The results observed were evaluated through descriptive statistics, formulated conclusions and recommendations for pedagogical practice.
