Předložená diplomová práce pojednává o problematice sociálního dialogu. Téměř bez výhrady je rozebírána pouze situace v tuzemsku, a to se zaměřením na problematická místa teorie i aplikační praxe. The diploma thesis is dedicated to the subject of social dialogue. Almost exclusively, the situation in the Czech republic is analysed, focusing on both theoretical and practical issues. The thesis deals with the historical framework, specification of the fundamental terms, principles and mainly limits, which determine the social dialogue and represent crucial part of this thesis.
