The treatment process in the therapeutic community for adolescent drug users

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je proces léčby drogové závislosti u mladistvých. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje období adolescence. Dále se v ní objevuje problematika návykových látek a drogové závislosti. Zahrnuje také rizikové faktory, které spěji k drogové závislosti. Věnuje se také motivaci mladistvých. A v neposlední řadě zahrnuje zařízení terapeutické komunity a výchovného ústavu. Cílem této práce je zjistit motivační faktory, které na mladistvého působí při jeho rozhodnutí závislost léčit, jak před nástupem do léčby, tak při samotném procesu léčby. Praktická část zkoumá drogovou závislost mladistvých a jejich motivaci před a při procesu léčbu.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the process of drug addiction treatment in adolescents. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the period of adolescence. In addition, the issue of addictive substances and drug addiction appears in it. It also includes risk factors that lead to drug addiction. It is also dedicated to the motivation of adolescents. And last but not least, it includes the facilities of a therapeutic community and a youth detention center. The goal of this work is to find out the motivational factors that affect the adolescent when he decides to treat addiction, both before starting treatment and during the treatment process itself. The practical part examines the drug addiction of teenagers and their motivation before and during the treatment process.
