This diploma thesis deals with interconnection of law and music as well as their interpretations. It is an example of how legal and musical interpreters can be similar, what doctrines are available for them, as well as subjective and objective factors, which influences them and affects the entire interpretive process in both the concert hall and in the courtroom.
