The Security Plant Draft in Relation to Coll. No. 59/2006 about Serious Incidents Prevention
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice závažných havárií způsobených nebezpečnými chemickými látkami. Hodnotí a navrhuje preventivní opatření v obecných případech a dále se zaměřuje na situaci v podniku XY. Legislativní rámec práce tvoří zákon č. 59/2006 Sb. o prevenci závažných havárií způsobených vybranými nebezpečnými chemickými látkami nebo chemickými přípravky.
Abstract:
The master's thesis follows the question of serious incidents caused by dangerous chemicals. It analyses and proposes the preventive measures during the common events and also focuses on the situation in the XY Company. The work´s legislation is given by coll. no. 59/2006 about the prevention against serious incidents caused by dangerous substances or chemicals.
