Municipalities and their activities in independent competence

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přehledně nastínit činnost obce v samostatné působnosti a přehled doplnit výsledky dotazníkového šetření a praktickou zkušeností ze zasedání zastupitelstva. Cíli je podřízena i struktura bakalářské práce. Ta je rozdělena na dvě části. První část přehledně vymezuje, vysvětluje pojmy jako je obec, orgány obce a jejich pravomoce, samostatná působnost obce. Druhá praktická část vyhodnocuje dotazníkové šetření, které proběhlo ve městě Františkovy Lázně, ve městě v samostatné působnosti. Otázky jsou rozděleny do tří oblastí - základní demografické údaje otázky související s veřejnou prezentací města (web, tisk, akce), samospráva města a práce úřadu. Nejčastěji byla využívána metoda analytická, komparativní, dotazníkové šetření.

Abstract:

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is to outline clearly the activities of the municipality in its independent competence and to complete the survey with the results of the questionnaire and practical experience from the meeting of the Council. A structure of the bachelor thesis is also subordinate to the goal. It is divided into two parts. The first part clearly defines and explains the terms like municipality, authorities of the municipalities and their powers and independent competences of the municipality. The second practical part evaluates the questionnaire survey, that has taken place in the Františkovy Lázně city, in the city under independent authority. The questions are divided into three areas - Basic demographic data of the question related to city public presentation (web, print, action), city government and office work. Most commonly used method was analytical, comparative, of the questionnaire survey.
