Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze pracovních míst v neziskové organizaci, působící ve sportovním sektoru. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat a definovat profesionální pracovní místa trenérů a manažerů v organizaci. Pro výzkum byla vybrána kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Analýza definovala základní očekávání klíčových aktérů na zaměstnance na těchto pracovních místech. Počet slov základního textu: 27 595
Abstract:
The thesis is devoted to the analysis of jobs in non-profit organizations operating in the sports sector. The aim of the study was to identify and define professional job coaches and managers in the organization. Research was selected qualitative research strategy. The analysis defined the basic expectations of key stakeholders to employees in these jobs. The word count of the basic text: 27595
