Tato diplomová práce se věnuje modelování přirozeného průběhu infekce HPV s výstupem v podobě incidence karcinomu děložního hrdla. Model je rozdělen dle pohlaví z důvodu přesnějšího modelování přenosu infekce a zhodnocení zdravotních politik, které se používají ke snížení prevalence HPV a incidence karcinomu děložního hrdla v české populaci. Abstract:
This master’s thesis is focused on modeling the natural spread of HPV infection with the model output in the form of cervical cancer incidence. The model is divided by gender for more accurate modeling of infection transmission and also for evaluating health policies that are used to reduce prevalence of HPV infection and cervical cancer incidence in the Czech population.
