The Origins of Czech Underground - Jana Krejcarova and Egon Bondy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá počátky českého undergroundu, konkrétně autory Janou Krejcarovou a Egonem Bondym, se zaměřeném na poetické texty obou autorů napsané během padesátých let s mírnými přesahy do let čtyřicátých a šedesátých. Cílem práce je analyzovat období jejich společného literárního působení, ukázat společné i rozdílné znaky v jejich textech a na ukázkách předvést jak a čím byli ovlivněni. Dále bakalářská práce podrobně analyzuje jejich společný literární počin a vzájemné milostné dopisy.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the beginnings of the Czech underground, Jana Krejcarová and Egon Bondy in particular, focusing on the poetic texts of both of the writers written during the fifties with a slight overlap into the forties and the sixties. The paper is aimed to analyze the period of their joint literary action, to show common and different features in their texts and to demonstrate how and what were they influenced by using examples from books of both of the writers. Further, the thesis analyzes in detail their common literary achievement and mutual love letters.
