Kompetenční vzdělávání v humanitární práci

Abstract:
Tato absolventská práce usiluje o popis kompetenčně založeného modelu vzdělávání a jeho využití pro vzdělávání v humanitární práci. Nejprve se zabývá samotnou humanitární prací, osobou humanitárního pracovníka a procesem vzdělávání v tomto oboru. Na to navazuje možné využití kompetencí ve vyučování, a jejich zakomponování do již popsané praxe vzdělávání v humanitární práci.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on description of competence-based learning model and its use in the field of humanitarian work education. First, it deals with the humanitarian work itself, the person of the humanitarian worker and the process of education in this field.
