Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit přehled stávajících elektronických nástrojů pro pořádání online výběrových řízení a na základě zjištěných poznatků naprogramování nového systému, nazvaného Elevo. The thesis presents a survey of the actual state of the market with e-business systems, especially systems which allow customers to partake in online tenders.
