The Recruitment of Children in Junák

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá nábory dětí do Junáka – svazu skautů a skautek ČR. Cílem této práce je zjistit způsoby náborů, které skautští vedoucí využívají ve své praxi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část vytváří ucelený přehled o skautingu a skautském vedoucím. Dále se zde zabývám způsoby náborů a péči o nově příchozí členy. Jádrem práce je empirická část, kde je popsána metodologie výzkumu a jeho výsledky. K dosažení cíle mé bakalářské práce jsem využila kvalitativního šetření, které jsem realizovala v organizaci Junák, konkrétně prostřednictvím rozhovorů se skautskými vedoucími.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the recruitment of children in Junák – svaz skautů a skautek ČR (Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech Republic). The aim of the work is to discover the ways which scout leaders use for recruiting children. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part introduces and explains the concepts of scout principles and scout leaders. Moreover, it deals with the types of recruitment and the care for new members. The core of the work is the empirical part which describes the methodology of the research and its results. To achieve the aim I used the qualitative research accomplished in Junák through interviews with scout leaders.
