Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kontaminace půdního ekosystému xenobiotiky. Pro posouzení vlivu různých stresorů na živé systémy jsou využívány biologické markery. Teoretická část této práce je věnována objasnění termínu biomarkeru, jejich rozdělením a uplatněním ve vědě. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány nejčastěji stanovované biomarkery u půdních bezobratlých. This thesis deals with the contamination of the soil ecosystem xenobiotics. For assessing the the impact of various stressors on living systems are used biological markers. The theoretical part of this work is about the clarification the term of biomarkers, their classification and application in science.
