Předkládaná práce sleduje výuku hudební teorie na brněnských spolkových školách, které měly význam při zakládání brněnské konzervatoře v roce 1919. Jsou to školy spolků Beseda brněnská, Vesna a Janáčkova varhanická škola. Podstatný vliv na hudební vzdělání v Brně měla činnost německého orchestrálního spolku Brünner Musikverein. This thesis traces the teaching of musical theory in association schools of Brno, that played an important role during the foundation of Brno conservatory of musicin the year 1919. They are the schools of associations called Beseda Brněnská, Vesna and Janáček‘s organist school.
