Optimalizace výkonnostních PPC reklam ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci výkonnostních PPC reklam ve vybrané společnosti podnikající v oboru stomatologie. Cílem práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit současné kampaně v Google Ads a Skliku s cílem oslovit více potenciálních zákazníků, snížit podíl nákladů na obratu a zvýšit počet uskutečněných konverzí. Teoretická část se věnuje definování komunikačního mixu v online prostředí, se zaměřením na reklamu a vývoj jednotlivých formátů reklamy na internetu v roce 2023 s doplněním, jak se vytváří online marketingová strategie a jaké se používají modely v marketingovém procesu – STDC a AIDA. V návaznosti na téma práce se teoretická část dále zabývá PPC reklamou a detailnějším popisem jednotlivých reklamních systémů Google Ads a Sklik. Praktická část na úvod definuje vybranou společnost a pro hlubší pohled na současnou situaci společnosti v oblasti PPC reklamy byla provedena situační analýza. Výsledky ze situační analýzy byly zahrnuty při vytváření SWOT matice, ze které vyplynulo, že by firma měla více využít potenciál rozšíření reklamních inzerátů, produktových kampaní a začít znovu inzerovat přes reklamní systém Sklik. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části a situační analýzy byla navržena nová řešení, jak kampaně vylepšit a tyto návrhy implementovat a optimalizovat, a to po dobu pěti týdnů dle akčního plánu. Po ukončení sledovaného období byly kampaně vyhodnoceny, celkově shrnuty v rámci všech online marketingových nástrojů a bylo sepsáno doporučení. Celkově lze říci, že cíle práce byly naplněny a v porovnání s kampaněmi v minulém roce vykazují vylepšené kampaně lepší výsledky, ať už z pohledu nárůstu počtu konverzí, hodnoty PNO či CTR. Výsledkem je, že by firma do budoucna měla dále využívat oba reklamní systémy jako součást online marketingových nástrojů pro svou inzerci.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the optimization of performance PPC ads in a selected company operating in the field of dentistry. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the current campaigns in Google Ads and Sklik in order to reduce the share of costs per turnover and increase the number of conversions. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the communication mix in the online environment, focusing on advertising and the development of different advertising formats on the Internet in 2023, with the addition of how the online marketing strategy is created and what models are used in the marketing process - STDC and AIDA. In relation to the topic of the thesis, the theoretical part also deals with PPC advertising and a more detailed description of the individual advertising systems Google Ads and Sklik. The practical part defines the selected company at the beginning and a situational analysis was performed to get a deeper insight into the current situation of the company in the field of PPC advertising. The results from the situational analysis were included in the creation of the SWOT matrix, which showed that the company should take more advantage of the potential of expanding adverts, product campaigns and start advertising again through the Sklik advertising system. Based on the findings from the theoretical part and the situational analysis, new solutions were proposed to improve the campaigns and these proposals were implemented and optimized over a period of five weeks according to the action plan. At the end of the follow-up period, the campaigns were evaluated, summarized overall across all online marketing tools and recommendations were written. Overall, the objectives of the work were met and the improved campaigns showed better results compared to the campaigns in the previous year, whether in terms of increase in conversions, PNO value or CTR. As a result, the company should continue to use both advertising systems as part of its online marketing tools for its advertising in the future.
