Práce je věnována analýze mandatorních výdajů v České republice, jejich vývoji, struktuře a kvantifikaci. Během posledních patnácti let se tyto obligatorní výdaje státu více než ztrojnásobily a působí značné fiskální potíže. Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to an analysis of mandatory expenditures in the Czech Republic, their evolution, structure and quantification. During the past fifteen years, the mandatory expenditures more than tripled, and cause a serious fiscal problems.
