The role of local taxes in the financing of municipality

The village as a legal entity is characterized by its own assets. Managment of village funds governs the municipial budget. The budget consist of revenue and expenditure of the village.Between revenues also include the participation taxes. This is one of the important village of revenue but also higher territorial units. Obec ako právnická osoba sa vyznačuje aj vlastným majetkom. Hospodárenie obce z finančnými prostriedkami obce upravuje rozpočet obce. Rozpočet pozostáva z príjmov a výdavkov obce. Medzi príjmy zaraďujeme aj podielové dane. Ide o jeden z dôležitých príjmov obci ale aj vyšších územných celkov. Podielové dane v súčasnosti tvoria výnosy z daní z príjmov fyzických osôb.
