Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Investování do farmaceutických společností z pohledu dlouhodobého investora“ je provedení fundamentální analýzy společností CVS Health a Wallgreens Boots Alliance a následný výpočet vnitřních hodnot akcií, které budou porovnány se současnou tržní cenou. První částí práce je zaměřena na seznámení s investičními pojmy a teoretická východiska fundamentální analýzy. V druhé části je provedena globální fundamentální analýza, na kterou následuje analýza sektoru a firemní fundamentální analýza, která zahrnuje finanční analýzu a výpočet vnitřní hodnoty akcie. Na základě fundamentální akciové analýzy je sestaveno investiční doporučení.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis „Investing to Pharmaceutical Companies in Perspective of Long Term Investor“ is accomplish fundamental analysis of CVS Health and Wallgreens Boots Alliance and calculate intrincis value of their shares, which will be compared with their current market price. First part of thesis is focused on introducing with investing terms and theoretical basis of fundamental analysis. In second part is accomplished global fundamental analyse, which is followed by sector analyse and fundamental analyse of companies, which obtain financial analyse and calculation of intrincis value of shares. Then is made investment recommendation based on fundamental analyse.
