Tato diplomová práce obsahuje postup tvorby strategického plánu mikropodniku. Nejprve standardními metodami a poté pomocí strategických válečných her. Jejichž obsahem je ztvárnění rolí konkurenčních firem a prognóza jejich reakcí a dalších kroků. This thesis contains the process of creating a strategic microenterprise plan. First, standard methods and then through strategic war games. Whose content are creations of competing companies and prognosis of their responses and next steps.
