Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat drogovou kriminalitou na úseku měkkých drog a specifiky jejího dokazování. Nejprve bude představena historie drog a konkrétní vymezení pojmu droga. Dále se bude bakalářská práce věnovat rozdělení měkkých drog. V další části budou vymezeny druhy kriminality páchaných pod vlivem měkkých drog a způsoby dokazování v trestním řízení. This bachelor thesis will focus on drug criminality in the division of soft drugs and the specifics of its confirmation. First it will introduce the history of drugs and specific definition of the term drug. This bachelor thesis will also deal with the division of soft drugs.
