Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pachovými stopami, jejich vznikem, vyhledáváním a zajištěním na místě trestného činu a jejich následným využitím jako důkazní prostředek v trestním řízení. This master thesis deals with scent traces, their creation, search and seizure at the crime scene and their subsequent use as evidence in criminal proceedings. It describes the possibilities of taking a person's odour sample, the conditions of the method of odour identification, during which the odour trace and the person's odour sample are compared.
