Molluscs of water. reservoirs and adjacent wetlands of the Líně area

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na inventarizační výzkum vodních a mokřadních měkkýšů v okolí Líní. Sběr byl prováděn od srpna do listopadu 2016 na 19 vybraných lokalitách. Bylo zde zjištěno 25 druhů měkkýšů. Celkem bylo nalezeno a determinováno 1023 jedinců. V práci je popsána geografická a geologická charakteristika, vegetační a zoologický kryt zkoumaného území, charakteristika zjištěných druhů a srovnání získaných výsledků s výsledky prací ze západu a jihozápadu Čech. Dominantními druhy území jsou: Radix auricularia, Stagnicola palustris a Succinea putris. Nejcennějším zjištěním je výskyt dvou nepůvodních druhů Ferrissia fragilis a Sinanodonta woodiana.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on inventory research of water and floodplains mollusc around Líně. The collection was done from August to November 2016 at 19 locations. There was found 25 different species of molluscs. In total, 1023 specimens were examined. In this thesis is described geographical and geological charasteristics, vegetation and zoological cover, characteristic of found species and comparison with previously found molluscs on the West and southwest of the Czech Republic. The dominant species in the area are as follows: Radix auricularia, Stagnicola palustris and Succinea putris. The most valuable species found are Ferrissia fragilis and Sinanodonta woodiana.
