Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na neziskové organizace. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se neziskových organizací, managementu, motivace a interní komunikace. Analytická část obsahuje komplexní pohled na řízení neziskové organizace Tábornický klub Kamzíci Brno, p.s. Součástí práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení řízení této organizace.
