Tato práce se zabývá otázkami spojenými s náhradou škody při obchodních transakcích podle Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží (CISG). This work is concerned with issues connected with the damages in business transactions governed by the 1980 UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). It covers Art. 74-77 and Art. 79-80, strict liability for damages and exemptions from it, calculation of damages and their limitation.
