Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je založena na hledání vhodných podmínek pro extrakci těkavých látek ze vzorků růží. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, kde jsou zpracovány informace o vlastnostech a využití vonných látek, extrakčních a separačních technikách.Experimentální část se zabývá popisem analýzy těkavých látek a zahrnuje výsledky optimalizace a jednotlivých experimentů. This diploma thesis is based on fading suitable conditions for the extraction of volatile compounds from samples of roses. Theses contains theoretical part where are processed some information about utilization of aromatic compounds, extraction and separation techniques.
