Diplomová práce se zabývá finančními a komoditními deriváty z pohledu islámského práva. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit, jakými způsoby se dosahuje souladu islámských derivátových kontraktů s islámským právem, a predikovat budoucí konvergenci či divergenci islámských derivátů s konvenčními deriváty. The Master's thesis deals with financial and commodity derivatives from an Islamic perspective. Its aim is to find out how Islamic derivatives are created to comply with Islamic law and to predict whether Islamic and conventional derivative contracts will converge or diverge in the future.
