Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodikou výběru realitního makléře v realitní kanceláři Dachi. Zaměřuje se na osobnostní charakteristiky realitních makléřů a jejich možný výběr s pomocí psychodiagnostických metod. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 22 realitních makléřů z realitní kanceláře Dachi. This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the methodology of selecting estate agents for the Dachi Real Estate Company. The thesis focuses on personal characteristics of real estate agents and possible selection thereof using psycho-diagnostic methods.
