Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem čl. 6 Nařízení Řím II, které stanoví právo rozhodné pro mimoslmuvní závazky vyplývající z porušování pravidel hospodářské soutěže a z nekalé soutěže. Jsou zde rozebrány jednotlivé kolizní situace a navrženo schéma postupu při výběru práva rozhodného. Thesis is focused to the article 6 of Regulation Rome II which regulates determination of the governing law for non contractual obligation arising out of unfair competition and antitrust law.
