Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje CAR-T terapii. Je zde uveden stručný přehled hematologických malignit, popis struktury CAR a jeho generací. Důraz je kladen na popis průběhu léčby a vedlejších účinků. Dále práce poskytuje přehled komerčně dostupných CAR-T buněčných přípravků. V neposlední řadě jsou uvedeny výsledky klinických studií zabývajících se tímto typem léčby.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis is devoted to CAR-T therapy. Here is a brief overview of hematological malignancies, a description of the structure of the CAR and its generations. Emphasis is placed on the description of the course of treatment and side effects. Furthermore, the work provides an overview of commercially available CAR-T cell preparations.
