Diplomová práce se věnuje daňovým aspektům zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje teoretické vymezení zaměstnaneckých benefitů s využitím odborné literatury a platné legislativy. This diploma thesis concerns the tax aspects of the employee benefits in the selected company from the employer’s point of view. The thesis is divided into four chapters.
