Bakalářská práce se zaobírá finančními konglomeráty v Evropské unii a České republice. V první části je definován finanční konglomerát, uvedeny jeho benefity a struktura. Druhá část zahrnuje přijaté zákony týkající se finančních konglomerátů a soustředí se na jejich možná rizika.
