Expansion Plan for the Services Provided by the Selected General Practitioner's Office

Abstract:

Kromě teoretického rámce, kde je popisován systém zdravotnictví České republiky a jeho propojení s marketingem a poskytováním služeb v ambulantní sféře, poskytuje tato práce praktický pohled na služby ve zdravotnictví prostřednictvím případové studie konkrétního zdravotnického podniku, analýzy jeho současného stavu včetně finanční situace a strategické pozice dané firmy na trhu a možností dalšího rozvoje. Cílem je nejen poskytnout komplexní pohled na zdravotnictví v České republice, ale také navrhnout konkrétní kroky pro zlepšení a rozvoj vybraných zdravotnických služeb ve vybrané ordinaci všeobecného praktického lékaře. V závěru práce je zhodnocen navrhovaný podnikatelský projekt pro rozšíření poskytovaných služeb vybraného podniku. Tato práce tak přináší pohled na možnosti a výzvy, které stojí před českým zdravotnictvím v současné době v oblasti zdravého životního stylu a jeho dopadů nejen na zdraví a kvalitu života celé populace.

Abstract:

In addition to the theoretical framework, which describes the healthcare system of the Czech Republic and its integration with marketing and service provision in the outpatient sector, this paper provides a practical view on a healthcare services through a case study of a specific healthcare business, analysis of its current state including financial situation and strategic market position of the firm, and possibilities for further development. The goal is not only to provide a comprehensive view of healthcare in the Czech Republic, but also to suggest specific steps for improving and developing selected healthcare services in a chosen general practitioner's office. In conclusion, the proposed business project for expanding the services provided by the selected enterprise is evaluated. Thus, this paper presents a perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing Czech healthcare nowdays in the area of healthy lifestyle and its impacts not only on the health and quality of life of the entire population.
