Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti expanze vybrané firmy na zahraniční trhy. Teoretická část se věnuje analýze informací a podkladů z oblasti zahraničního obchodu, logistiky a forem vstupu na zahraniční trhy. Dále řeší metodiku a jednotlivé metody, které byly v práce využity, jako je Porterův model pěti sil, SWOT analýza a také metody vícekriteriálního srovnávání jako je bodovací metoda, TOPSIS nebo WSA. Tyto metody byly využity k analýze a výběru trhů. Začátek praktické části je věnován představení společnosti, seznámení se s její činností, marketingovými i logistickými činnostmi. Následně došlo k analýze současné situace a pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování ke komparaci mezinárodních trhů a výběru vhodných zemích, do kterých je vhodné dle vybraných metrik expandovat. Závěrem byl vypracován harmonogram expanze pro konkrétní trhy a shrnutí celé práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the possibilities of expansion of the selected company to foreign markets. The theoretical part is devoted to obtaining and analyzing information and documents from the field of foreign trade, logistics and forms of entry into foreign markets. In work is used Porter's model of five forces, SWOT analysis or the issue of multicriteria comparison as scoring method TOPSIS or WSA. These methods were used to analyze and select markets. The current situation was analyzed and, using multi-criteria decision-making, international markets were compared and suitable countries were selected to which it is appropriate to expand according to selected metrics. At the end of the work, an expansion schedule for specific markets and a summary of the whole work was developed.
