Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Zakázané dohody“ je především zapracování ekonomických aspektů do ryze právní tématiky. První části práce jsou zaměřeny na vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se dané problematiky nejen v rovině vnitrostátní, ale také v rovině komunitární. Závěrečná část práce je věnována výhledu do budoucna a možnosti odhalování zakázaných dohod na základě vlastní iniciativy Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže prostřednictvím monitorování trhu a analýzy provedené daným Úřadem.

Abstract:

The subject of thesis „Prohibited agreements” is mainly insertion of economic aspects into genuinely legal issues. The first parts of the work are focused on specification of basic definitions concerning the topic not only in domestic level but also in the EC level. The final part of the work is dedicated to the future prospect and the possibilities of detection of prohibited agreements based on the initiative of the Office for the Protection of Competition by means of the market monitoring and the analysis carried out by the Office.
