Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odškodnění v letecké dopravě, a to především při zpoždění a zrušení letu, a také při odepření nástupu na palubu. Dále pak řeší problematiku při zpožděném nebo ztraceném zavazadlu. Práce je rozděle-na na dvě části, literární rešerši a vlastní práci. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of compensation in air transportation mainly when the flight is delayed or cancelled and when denied boarding. More issues are with delayed or lost baggage.
