Comparison of coordination and speed ability levels of youth age footballers from different performance levels competitions.
Abstract:
V práci jsme charakterizovali rychlostní a koordinační schopnosti, jejich nezbytnost rozvoje v tréninku fotbalistů mladšího dorostu. Připravili jsme čtyři dílčí testy k otestování rychlostních a koordinačních schopností hráčů ze dvou výkonnostně odlišných soutěží. Díky většímu počtu tréninkových jednotek v jednom z týmů, byl výsledek celkem značně ve prospěch více trénovaných hráčů.
Abstract:
In this work we characterized speed and coordination abilities and its necessity of their deve-lopment in football training of youth category. We prepared four partial tests to test speed and coordination abilities of players from two different performance levels competition. Due to the bigger amount of training sessions, the result was clearly in favor of more trained players.
