Markery kostní prestavby CTX a marker kostní rezorbce P1NP byly hodnoceny v průběhu léčby metastatického kostního onemocnění u 52 pacientek s karcinomem prsu. Sledován celkový stav pacientek, spotřeba analgetik, výskyt SRE a průběh onemocnění a ve stanovených intervalech odebírány kostní markery . Abstract:
52 patients treated for metastatic breast cancer have been monitored by CTX marker of osteomodulation and P1NP marker of osteoresorption. The performance status, doses of analgetic units and skeletal-related events ( SRE) levels of osteomarkers were observed in 3 months intervals for 15 moths.
