Práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku indické kultury a analýzu jejího vlivu na obchodní jednání a podnikání. V první části práce se zabývám pojmem kultura a kulturní standardy, ve druhé části charakterizuji Indii a její kulturu a aplikuji Hofstedeho kriteria kulturních dimenzí na Indii. The thesis focuses on Indian culture and its influence on business and negotiating. The first part of the thesis deals with the concept of culture and cultural standards, the second part characterizes India and its culture and criteria of Hofstede's cultural model are applied on India.
