Damage caused to a creditor and advantaging of a particular creditor
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na oblast kriminality, kterou představuje trestný čin poškození věřitele a trestný čin zvýhodnění věřitele, demonstrovat úzkou souvislost mezi majetkovými a hospodářskými trestnými činy, popsat systém ochrany věřitele v českém právním řádu.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive insight in the area of a crime represented by the criminal offense of a damage caused to a creditor and the offense of advantaging of a particular creditor, to demonstrate close links between property offences and economic crimes, to describe a system of the protection of a creditor in the Czech legal system.
