The problematics of identifying forget administrative documents and documents ID’s

Abstract:

Cílem práce je analyzovat na základě dostupné odborné literatury problematiku odhalování padělaných a pozměněných veřejných listin a dokladů a následně navrhnout a zpracovat metodický materiál včetně harmonogramu projektu edukace k dané problematice. Práce je rozdělena na praktickou a teoretickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny metody analýzy, syntézy a rešerše dostupných tuzemských i zahraničních odborných publikací a článků. V praktické části je využito výzkumných metod dotazníkového šetření kvantitativní formou se statistickým vyhodnocením a rozhovory s experty vyhodnocené pomocí delfské metody. Na základě výsledků smíšeného výzkumu bude pomocí Ganttova diagramu následně navržena edukativní metodická pomůcka pro postup při kontrole pravosti dokladů a veřejných listin s následným bližším popisem v jednotlivých krocích. Materiál bude možno využít pro potřeby školení pracovníků profesních skupin, kteří při své práci přicházejí bezprostředně do kontaktu s veřejnými listinami a doklady.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to analyze the issue of detection of forged and altered public documents and documents based on the available scientific literature and then to design and process methodological material including the schedule of the project of education on the issue. The work is divided into practical and theoretical parts. The theoretical part lists methods of analysis, synthesis and research of available domestic and foreign professional publications and articles. The practical part uses the research methods of the questionnaire investigation in quantitative form with statistical evaluation and interviews with experts evaluated using the Delphi method. Based on the results of the mixed research, the Gantt chart will then be used to design an educative methodology tool for the process of checking the authenticity of documents and public documents, followed by a more detailed description in each step. The material will be able to be used for the training of professional group workers who, in the course of their work, come into direct contact with public documents and the dock.
