Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá resocializační pedagogikou ve vězeňském prostředí. Práce začíná teoretickou částí, tedy přehledem základních pojmů a následně se věnuje penologii, pojetí trestu a jeho účelu. Další kapitoly se zaměřují na resocializaci a metody resocializačního působení, včetně programů zacházení s odsouzenými osobami, popisem a přiblížením k životu a organizaci ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, organizaci vězeňského personálu a jejich rolí v procesu resocializace. Práce čtenáři poskytuje komplexní pohled na téma vězeňství a resocializace s důrazem na pedagogické a sociální aspekty. Druhá část práce je tvořena samotnou praktickou činností, která se zabývala smíšeným výzkumem, konkrétně dopadem resocializační pedagogiky ve vězeňství na odsouzené osoby, přičemž je na konci výzkumu vyhodnocení formou zodpovězení předem položených výzkumných otázek, na které již bylo třeba najít skrze realizovaný výzkum odpověď.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with resocialization pedagogy in the prison environment. The thesis starts with a theoretical part, i.e. an overview of basic concepts and then it deals with penology, the concept of punishment and its purpose. Subsequent chapters focus on resocialization and methods of resocialization, including treatment programs for convicted persons, describing and approaching life and organization in prison, the organization of prison staff and their roles in the resocialization process. The work provides the reader with a comprehensive view of the subject of prisons and resocialization, with an emphasis on pedagogical and social aspects. The second part of the thesis consists of the practical work itself, which dealt with mixed research, specifically the impact of resocialization pedagogy in prison on convicted persons, with an evaluation at the end of the research in the form of answering the predefined research questions that had already been answered through the research conducted.
