The course of insolvency proceedings and various ways of dealing with bankruptcy of a debtor
Abstract:
Práce objasňuje průběh insolvenčního řízení, jeho historický vývoj, základní pojmy a popisuje jednotlivé způsoby řešení úpadku. Analyzuje vývoj insolvenčních řízení, následně definuje příčiny zadluženosti v ČR a navrhuje případnou prevenci proti předlužení.
Abstract:
The work explains the course of insolvency proceedings, its historical development, basic concepts and describes the different ways of dealing with bankruptcy. Analyzes the development of insolvency proceedings, then defines the causes of indebtedness in Czech Republic and suggests possible prevention of over-indebtedness.
