Nonparametrical methods in survival analysis
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá neparametrickou analýzou přežití. Podstatná část je věnována Kaplan-Meierovu odhadu funkce přežití a odhadu rizikové funkce. V této práci jsou také zmíněny testy k srovnání dvou a více skupin dat analýzy přežívání. Popsaná teorie je demonstrována na praktickém příkladě.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with nonparametrical survival analysis. Essential part is paid to Kaplan-Meier estimate of survivor function and estimate of hazard function. In this work are mentioned tests to compare two or more groups of survival data too. Practical example is used to demonstrate the theory.
