Hlavním cílem je analýza přínosů a negativních dopadů, které jsou spojené s působením cizinců na českém pracovním trhu a s odlivem kvalifikované české pracovní síly do zahraničí. This diploma thesis focuses on migration policy in the Czech Republic since 1989. The main objective is to analyze benefits and on the other hand negatives associated with the employing foreign workers.
